Earthquake was replaced by Stone Rain in Star Ocean: First Departure.

Star Ocean: The Second StoryEdit

Earthquake is a high-tier spell that stops time. It has an elaborate animation where a golem is summoned from beneath the earth and slams the ground several times, causing it to roll and wave like water. This spell has no effect on aerial targets.

Earthquake was replaced by Stone Rain in Star Ocean: Second Evolution.

Star Ocean: Blue SphereEdit

• Earthquake's animation in the original Star Ocean greatly resembles the Stone Rain spell, though they are two separate spells.
• Efreet can be seen as a fire version of The Second Story's Earthquake, as it summons a flaming being similar to the earth golem at the behest of the caster to attack opponents.
