The King of Silvalant is the Fellpool king of the Silvalant Kingdom, and appears in the first Star Ocean, as well as its remake, Star Ocean: First Departure.
Story

Upon reaching Silvalant City, the party heads for the castle and establishes contact with the king by showing the Emblem of Van to the castle guards. At the throne room, the King tells the party about the secrets that the Muah left to his family about the location of the entrance to the Demon World, which is the point where the Eye of Truth should be used to open a gate to the Demon World. After this, the king allows Roddick and his friends to use the ferry of Silvalant, in order for them to travel between the continents with more ease
