Nevelle Zelpher is the father of Nel Zelpher and former leader of the Crimson Blade. He was killed by Count Woltar of Airyglyph while trying to ensure the safety of villagers.

The former Crimson Blade, Nel's father, and wielder of the Blades of Ryusen, a royal treasure of the Sacred Kingdom of Aquaria. He has been missing-in-action for several years since a mission to infiltrate the Kingdom of Airyglyph. All of the responsibilities that used to belong to Nevelle are currently being carried out by his daughter, Nel.
